Use this in the day to revitalise and awaken the senses, while increasing productivity and alertness. It can also be used to alleviate headaches, nausea, and clearing the respiratory tract.

Ingredients:

Each essential oil blend contains 10ml of pure, therapeutic grade essential oils, targeted at improving your overall well-being.

Rosemary (Rosmarinus Officinalis)
Lemon (Citrus Limonum)
Peppermint (Mentha Piperita)

Usage:

Vapourisation: Add 6 – 9 drops to the water in your diffuser to scent a space.
Massage: Add 6 drops to 1 tablespoon of carrier oil.
Home: Add a few drops on the floor, bath, carpet, pillow or other suitable surfaces.
