Usage:

Shake well before use.

At the first sign of stuffy nose, inhale deeply from the bottle or put 3 drops in a diffuser and sit as close to it as possible.

Add a few drops on a handkerchief and inhale deeply / Put 2 or more drops onto the palm of your left hand, rub clockwise with the flat palm of your right hand. Cup your hands together over the nose and mouth and inhale deeply. Don't touch your eyes!
