Ingredients:

Pagoda Tree Bud (Huai Hua Mi) - Bitter and cold by nature, Huai Hua Mi clears the liver and drains fire, promoting anti-inflammatory and anti-allergic effects. It soothes throat discomfort and headache caused by liver fire.

Monk Fruit (Luo Han Guo) - Luo Han Guo is an accepted treatment for respiratory infections from lung heat in TCM literature. This hydrating fruit promotes bowel movements and satisfies sugar cravings naturally.

Mulberry Leaf (Sang Ye) - The leaves of the white mulberry tree act on the lung and liver meridians. Sang Yedispels wind and clears heat to soothe dizziness, hives and rashes, and dry cough, throat and mouth.

Liquorice Root (Gan Cao) - Used in both Western and Asian herbal traditions, Gan Cao replenishes qi and invigorates the spleen and the stomach. It can also detoxify as well as relieve cough, tension and pain.

How to Drink:

Brew in 250ml of hot water for 15 mins. Steep multiple times until flavour is exhausted.
