Chakra candles are a great focus tool for any type of chakra healing or balancing. When working on a specific chakra, you may use the coloured candle that matches a specific chakra. The coloured candle will provide an excellent focal point while you work on opening a closed chakra or healing a chakra that is out of balance and needs realigning to the other chakras in your body.

Chakra means “wheel” and refers to energy points in your body. They are thought to be spinning disks of energy that should stay “opened” and aligned, as they correspond to bundles of nerves, major organs, and areas of our energetic body that affect our emotional and physical well-being.

When working with chakra candles, you want to be clear about your intention. For example, a statement of intent might be " My heart chakra is now opening as I focus on this green candle."
